Customer Service Representative Position

Since 2011, Dynamic Answering Services has provided BPO services to various sectors. We are looking for talented and passionate agents to join our customer support team and engage with customers, ensuring they receive the tools and support they need. The ideal person is an active, multitasking team player who can quickly adjust priorities and has excellent organizational and customer service skills.

Candidates should be available and ready to work on-site.

The Customer Service Agent (CSA) is responsible for taking inbound calls from our customers which means successful candidates can multitask, have customer service experience, and navigate multiple programs. The CSA handles contacts in the form but not limited to voice contacts, e-mail, chat, and salesforce cases. Our CSA’s are customer-focused, accountable, efficient, and engaged professionals who are dedicated and guided by a commitment to service excellence. CSA’s establish high-quality customer relationships using informational resources and technical knowledge.

Responsible for

✔️ Resolve routine customer requests with products or services via inbound calls, email, and chat.

✔️ Speak with customers in a courteous, friendly, and professional manner using protocol procedures.

✔️ Inquire, clarify, and confirm customer requirements and understanding of the solution.

✔️ Provide additional customer education and information as needed.

✔️ Work in multiple databases to research complex issues and questions.

✔️ Notify customers of order status in a timely and accurate manner.

✔️ Review accounts/orders for accuracy and report any discrepancies.

✔️ Participate in activities designed to improve customer satisfaction and business performance.

✔️ Perform administrative support for order management, CRM data maintenance, and internal.

Skill Set & Qualifications Required

✔️ English Level 85% or above

✔️ 1-2 years of customer service experience (BPO/CallCenter)

✔️ Must be courteous with a strong customer service orientation

✔️ High School Diploma

✔️ Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite is required

✔️ Experience with Salesforce and/or CRM Systems is preferred

✔️ Excellent multitasking abilities required

✔️ Strong flexibility and the ability to manage and adapt to changing priorities quickly.

✔️ Excellent attention to detail

✔️ Critical thinking and problem-solving skills

✔️ Exceptional verbal and written communication skills

✔️ Time management and organizational skills
